A little stress is good. It optimises adrenaline levels, heightens your performance and motivates you to get through a tough challenge
But too much stress means…
It’s harder to concentrate and solve problems.
It’s a struggle to focus on the facts you need to remember.
Even simple decisions become difficult.
The good news is you can fight stress and be exam ready.
1. Stay hydrated!
Aim to drink 8 glasses of water each day and avoid sugary fizzy drinks – research shows they impair memory and learning skills.2
Sleep is essential as you know, when you’ve been on a Game of Thrones bender!
Aim for 8 hours a night during your exam period and make a pact with your friends to shut down social media an hour before bedtime.
3. Eat well!

Include a piece of fruit and portion of green vegetables every day. Fish is also great for your brain.
